Job Overview
Carnegie Capital Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support business development, client operations, and lead generation activities.
This is a flexible part-time role where responsibilities may shift based on business needs. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with clients, and helping keep projects and sales opportunities moving forward.
Responsibilities:
Client Operations
- Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM records
- Schedule client and technical meetings
- Collect and organize client documentation
- Track project and claim status
- Communicate with clients, accountants, and internal team members
- Maintain accurate and organized client files
- Ensure tasks and deadlines are followed up and completed
Business Development
- Research prospective clients and target industries
- Conduct outreach and follow-up activities
- Manage and nurture leads within HubSpot
- Book discovery calls and meetings
- Prepare engagement agreements and onboarding documents
- Assist with converting prospects into clients
Lead Generation & Marketing Support
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Maintain and grow prospect databases
- Support LinkedIn and social media initiatives
- Track marketing and outreach activities
- Help generate and nurture new business opportunities
Compensation
- $20 per hour
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- $500 bonus for each qualifying new client signed
- 10% of Carnegie's collected professional fees for clients sourced and successfully converted by the employee
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Professional and confident communicating with clients
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Familiar with CRM software (HubSpot experience is an asset)
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Interested in both operations and business development
Organization, follow-through, and attention to detail are more important than prior sales experience. We can teach our process; we need someone who can keep clients, projects, and opportunities organized while helping the company grow.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
