As a member of the Human Resource team reporting to the Director, Associate Experience, you will play a key role in supporting HR programs that create a positive Associate experience at CCG.
What You Will Do:

Onsite reception duties at our Thornhill office location

Administration duties and support for the Human Resources and Office Services team

Coordination of the internal HR email inbox, responding to initial issues, prioritizing them, and forwarding them to the appropriate stakeholders

Coordination and support of various HR Programs and events

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are:

Post secondary education from a college or university

1-2 years of experience in a reception or administrative role. Human Resources experience an asset

Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams

Interpersonal and relationship building skills

Strong professionalism, great verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organization skills to multitask efficiently and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work effectively in an environment which requires a high degree of confidentiality
