Provide the best possible customer service by efficiently and effectively assisting the EDI AMS Teams with the auditing, reporting, repairing and selling of IT/Lab equipment.
Job Responsibilities
- Test, clean, and diagnose a wide range of electronic equipment — including laptops, desktops, servers, monitors, and networking gear — and perform basic repairs where practical.
- Inspect and research incoming equipment to determine specs, condition, and market value.
- Photograph items and write accurate, detailed listings for online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, and similar).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and accurately tracked product inventory.
- Process sales orders end to end: invoicing, packing, and preparing goods for shipment.
- Audit and record newly received material, ensuring quantities and conditions are logged correctly.
- Keep the work area tidy and safe — clear walkways of debris, sort recycling and garbage, and bale cardboard.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of hardware and software used in general office IT Assets.
- Reliable and punctual, with consistent attendance
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters in testing, listing, and inventory
- Technical familiarity with computers and consumer electronics; comfortable using basic hand tools and diagnostic software
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate well as part of a team
Assets (not required)
- Prior experience in ITAD, electronics repair, or refurbishment
- Experience listing or selling on online marketplaces
- Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems
- Valid driver's licence
