Duties
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or UltiPro.
- Support talent acquisition initiatives by utilizing ATS platforms like Lever or iCIMS to facilitate recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, training & development programs, and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth experience for all staff.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration by collaborating with payroll providers such as ADP or Kronos to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, providing guidance and support while maintaining confidentiality.
- Contribute to change management projects by supporting communication plans and process improvements across HR functions.
- Collect, analyze, and report HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning efforts.
Skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms including Workday, Dayforce, Ceridian, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or iCIMS for recruiting activities.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems like ADP or Kronos and benefits administration processes.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and departments.
- Familiarity with change management principles to support organizational transitions smoothly.
- Ability to handle data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and reporting tasks.
