Key Responsibilities
- Respond to applicant inquiries received through phone, email, and live chat
- Complete application with applicant and determine best suitable option
- Follow up with the applicant to collect and verify supporting documents
Education, Qualifications & Experience
- Licensed Sub Mortgage Broker in BC or ON is an asset but not necessary
- Experience in the mortgage industry is an asset but not necessary
- Willingness to learn and the drive to succeed
- Target focused work experience is an asset
- Call center experience is an asset
- Fluent English
