About the role:
Our Fixed Operations Manager do just that – they are responsible for overseeing the coordination and implementation of efficient practices to ensure customers receive the most professional and effective service for their Recreational Vehicles, as well as the oversight of the Parts and Accessories Department to maximize sales and profitability. As Fixed Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring the service department develops and efficiently and effectively processes repair orders (retail, warranty and unit prep)

Develop, monitor and achieve agreed-upon departmental business objectives (strategies, profit plan/budget and others) consistent with company policies, regulations and expectations

Maintain and control parts and accessories inventory in order to meet or exceed the needs of walk-in customers and the Service Department.

Effectively control the parts ordering and receiving functions

Assuring the parts and service departments are properly staffed by recruiting, hiring and promoting the right people for the right positions
- Optimizing employee performance through effective ongoing evaluations, recognition, rewards and discipline/corrective management practices to produce expected results

Making sure that the parts and service teams effectively communicate with internal and external customers in a timely way to produce positive results

Developing, implementing and monitoring ongoing actions to sustain high customer satisfaction and loyalty
The selected candidate must be available weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays, but not Sundays!
