Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our amazing team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care. You will be responsible for managing patient schedules, maintaining accurate medical records, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will improve our client’s overall experience and enhance our clinic's professional image. Looking for a key player in the growth of our clinic. Someone with creativity and innovative ideas to develop positive patient experience strategies as well as increased efficiency in day to day administration. Ideal candidate will also be in charge of organizing various events for staff like our Christmas party and other staff related events.
Looking for a passionate person who is willing to work Full Time morning shift 7:45am-3:45pm and 1-2 Saturdays a month 9am-3pm (on rotation)

Job duties will include:
- Welcoming patients as they arrive
- Answering phones
- Takes initiative and is engaging with clients and team members
- Scheduling patients
- Ensuring that patients attend their appointments
- Collection of patient payments
- Planning and organizing events
- New patient intake/communication
- Weekly reports
- Maintain a clean front office and waiting room
- Verification of Insurance Benefits
- Explanation of Benefits to newly evaluated patients
- Handling the sales process to help patients get fully signed up for care
- Scheduling patients after their evaluation
- Ordering supplies, managing volunteers and other office needs
- Data Entry – you need to be proficient with Microsoft Office Products and basic data entry
- Verifying Insurance Benefits
- Filing insurance claims
Candidate needs to have a pleasant demeanor, a positive forward-thinking outlook, the willingness and ability to work with others as a team member, great organization and multi-tasking skills and a desire to have a long-term position with our company while growing with us. Most importantly you will need to be dedicated to helping patients get the care they need. Also creating a healthy positive work environment as an event coordinator
