Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ Lead daily shop operations, including inventory, merchandising, and service flow
- ✅ Supervise, train, and inspire a high-performing team
- ✅ Perform essential automotive services: oil & filter changes, fluid exchanges, tire services, and light repairs
- ✅ Manage POS and cash transactions with accuracy
- ✅ Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, can-do attitude
- ✅ Drive store sales through smart strategies and personal engagement
- ✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment
- ✅ Negotiate with vendors and manage inventory effectively
- ✅ Utilize math and reporting skills for sales tracking and performance analysis
- ✅ Resolve customer concerns and ensure complete satisfaction
