Our client in
Peel Region, ON is actively looking for a
Deductions & Dispute Specialist to join their team.
Position Description:
- Manage and resolve customer deductions and disputes in a timely and accurate manner
- Review, validate, and submit supporting documentation including invoices, proof of delivery, claims backup, and promotional support
- Work directly with retailers, with a strong focus on Home Hardware account deductions and compliance requirements
- Monitor aging deductions and maintain detailed dispute tracking records
- Identify root causes of recurring disputes and recommend process improvements
- Reconcile customer accounts and ensure proper application of credits and payments
- Maintain accurate records within ERP and deductions management systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of deductions/dispute management, Canadian experience
- Strong experience handling Home Hardware deductions
- Experience with invoice validation, claims resolution, and dispute management
- Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- ERP system experience including AS 400 and GetPaid
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
