The Clinical Manager- Health Link COVID-19 Team is accountable for day-to-day operations and supports the delivery of the Covid-19 response services. Reporting to the Site Manager, this position is required to have expertise in the infrastructure at Health Link and its role in the response to the Covid 19 Pandemic. In-depth knowledge of Health Link, computer software, telephony, and contact centre business processes are required. This position plays a key role in communicating with appropriate internal and external contacts regarding technical or staffing issues that arise in the contact centre, and with provincial programs and site contacts related to health information updates, referral process changes and emerging issues. This position ensures that any information required by Health Link Covid -19 staff in the performance of their jobs is accurate, current and made accessible to them in a timely manner. A key focus of this position is on maintaining clinical expertise within the nursing team. The Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring that competencies and organizational standards/practices are achieved and maintained within these specific program areas.

Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing. Current licensure with CARNA A minimum of 3 to 5 years proven leadership experience. An equivalent combination of directly related experience and education may be considered. Experience in recruitment, training, coaching and performance management is required. Extensive clinical expertise and system navigation knowledge in order to provide full breadth of clinical support to staff.
