Overview
We are seeking several compassionate and professional Massage Therapists to join our wellness team. New graduates and newly registered RMTs are welcome to apply.
We have two locations hiring RMTs. One is in Richmond Hill, and the other is in Georgina, located at a resort about a 20-minute drive north of Newmarket.
RMT massage experience is not required, as we can provide professional training. However, we are looking for RMTs who have strong customer service mindset, respect clients, listen to their needs, are willing to help, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

1. Unit 11, 9555 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill
2. 55 Hedge Rd, Georgina, ON L0E 1L0
A $500 signing bonus will be paid after completing 150 working hours.
Annual year-end bonuses also provided.
Wage:
- Experienced RMTs: $77/hour+hst
- New graduates: starting from $65/hour+hst, meanwhile, we provide training during your first year.
Once you begin officially treating clients:
- First 3 months: $65/hour+hst
- After 3 months: $75/hour+hst
- Second year: $77/hour+hst
Extended Health Benefits:
- RMTs working 30+ hours/week: 100% employer-paid extended health benefits
- RMTs working 20–30 hours/week: 70% employer-paid extended health benefits
- RMTs working 15- 20 hours/week: 50% employer-paid extended health benefits
- RMTs working less than 15 hours/week: may choose to participate in the group extended health benefits plan at their own expense, while still benefiting from lower rates compared to individual coverage.
We also provide free certificate training programs to support your professional growth and skill development.
Career Growth Opportunity
After three years of full-time working, RMTs who demonstrate strong performance and are interested in long-term growth may have the opportunity to advance to a Business Partner or Franchise Owner, subject to mutual agreement and eligibility.
