To ensure that we continue to offer the best service to our clients, we are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Intermediate Application Specialist to join our Customer Success team to assist customers in planning and understanding the best ways to utilize CRM software or Eperformance products based on the customer’s business needs or business plans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learning the company’s products (Grant+, Security+) in detail, responding to customer inquiries and feedback, providing technical support and/or training customers.
- Helping customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize CRM software or Eperformance products based on the customer’s business needs or business plans.
- Configure the application and web portal, after evaluation of requirements, assist in the design and propose potential solutions in conjunction with the Solution Architect for a wide range of software solutions, including Eperformance frameworks and products and client-specific solutions
- Configure the web-based portal to allow client applications to be submitted
- Perform gap analysis between a client’s requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Working closely with our Business Analyst(s) to ensure requirements are being met through the configuration of the software
- Extend the capability of CRM through the creation of new entities, forms, workflows, and reports
- Assist in data migration planning & implementation activities
- Periodically configure solutions based on customer requirements and on occasion participate/assist in solution testing and quality assurance activities, including code walkthroughs with junior developers
- Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and data cleanup as necessary when Customer success tickets for support are logged.
- Scheduling 1-on-1 sessions with customers to address in-depth issues
- Maintaining a Knowledge Base of resolutions to common training and customer issues
- Training customers on a variety of technologies such as: Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform
- Coordinating responses and documenting solutions for complex issues involving Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure
- Assisting in Knowledge Transfer and Training (KTT) material creation & delivery of new and cutting-edge technical topics
- Participate in scrum ceremonies to ensure work is on schedule
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of application configuration experience in MS Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field OR equivalent professional experience combined with a post-secondary program.
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- MUST have or be eligible to obtain PWGSC's Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance, or higher
- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure is considered an asset
- Experienced in solving issues and developing workarounds and proposing alternative solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies a plus
- Experience working in multiple industries is preferred
- Able to operate independently and within a team environment
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $68,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
