Tundra is seeking an Administrative Assistant based out of our Winnipeg, Manitoba office. The successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Tundra’s hybrid work schedule.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures, supports the administrative function of all departments while ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Specific duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

Manage general correspondence and inquiries.

Maintain office security and general office maintenance.

Maintain and replenish inventory.
-
Maintain all photocopiers and supplies.
-
Assist with facility management portion of onboarding/offboarding employees.
-
Coordinate food/beverage as requested for meetings and training.
-
Complete invoice coding and verification.
-
Assist with corporate events and team building planning.
-
Manage travel arrangements for office staff.
-
Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant.
-
Provide other administrative support to various departments as assigned by Executive Assistant.

Other duties as assigned/required.
Candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications and competencies:

High school diploma with Office Administration education or equivalent experience.

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite program, particularly Excel. Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent customer service abilities and professional demeanor.

Very effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
