We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized administrative assistant for our sales team to help keep the back end running smoothly. The right candidate will be located in Calgary, and have the ability to commute to our showroom, as well as to other locations around Calgary to connect with clients on behalf of the sales team. Previous experience in the sales industry would be an asset, but is not required. We are most interested in someone who is excited about the role and has an aptitude for administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:

Streamline administrative tasks to boost sales team productivity.
Manage up to 100 calls per week to schedule appointments and follow up with customers.
Assist in managing LinkedIn campaigns, specifically the Kaevon accounts.
Monitor phone calls and coordinate task assignments among team members.
Support lead generation, shipping resolutions, parts order creation, and updating SOPs.
Assist with gym design, space layout, and outbound sales as needed.
Help create and manage quotes, handling changes and customer communication.
Manage replacement orders and assist with courier issues.
Assisting in tracking department KPIS
Requirements:

Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with sales processes and customer service is preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative role
Willingness to learn about our products and processes.
Ability to work onsite for hands-on training and team support.
Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel would be an asset
