- Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry/millworking industry
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Cutting and assembly of millwork components in-shop and on-site installation
- Use of hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a physically demanding environment
- Maintain cleanliness of general assembly areas and equipment
- Reliable, self-motivated, organized, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of CNC routers an asset
- Possess certifications or willingness to certify in occupational health & safety training programs
- Valid Driver's Licence & Passport required
- Monday-Thursday 10 Hour Shifts
