G4S Secure Solutions is the world’s leading private security company. We are currently looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to support our efforts in securing our clients' facilities. A Customer Service Representative welcomes and assists our clients’ customers as they enter the store and ensures Customer safety near the store entrance.
Welcoming each Customer by smiling, greeting in a friendly tone. Excellent communication, a positive attitude and a friendly approachable manner
Respond immediately to any requests for assistance from customers, passengers and employees.
Be courteous, tactful and helpful in enforcing all policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Demonstrate an active interest in promoting safety consciousness in the workplace.
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, support crowd control from a distance and ensure the safety and security of self, customers, and employees.
Observing and reporting any suspicious behaviors to management and Loss Prevention.
Bringing any system failures to the management teams attention for service.
Adheres to all company policies and standard operating procedures.
Other responsibilities may be assigned.
The Ideal Candidate:
Essential Employment Requirements:
Previous experience providing Customer Service, preferably 2+ years
Basic Reading/Writing Skills
Regularly required to walk or stand for long periods
Genuine interest in helping customers
Excellent organization and time management skills.
The ability to work as part of a team
The ability to handle complaints and difficult situations within a busy environment.
Ability to determine the number of individual things in a unit or group.
Must have availability to work all days of the week and schedules that consist of day shifts and evening shifts
