HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
Quickly gain knowledge of the Quebec market and potential for FCT, advise CEO and product leaders how to drive business results and ultimately growth in this market;
Provide leadership and general management on strategy and operations of the Quebec office and work with home office executives to ensure that the needs of the customers in the Quebec region are being met;
Successfully execute on the regional strategic plan;
Effectively lead the revenue generation (product), operations, shared services, sales and business development functions of the Quebec region;
Capitalize on strong leadership skills to select, develop and manage teams, and ensure top performance while attaining business objectives and goals and providing a supportive work environment;
Analyze and anticipate changes in the market and competitive conditions in order to develop, retain and encourage long-term client relationships at the regional level in order to retain and grow the business;
Facilitate key business and customer relationships management and negotiate potential business opportunities for organic and net new growth;
Prepare regional annual budget on regional volume allocations, pricing and sales forecasts, while successfully managing operational expenses;
Review and evaluate regional performance against targets, objectives and KPIs and enhance performance to ensure that regional objectives and requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization;
Ensure highly productive relationships and partnerships are developed and maintained with our corporate office for the benefit of the organization.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
10+ years’ sales leadership experience and knowledge of the Quebec region at a senior level
Experience in building and operating a business in the Quebec region
Excellent operational and business acumen skills that drive results
Strong relationship and advisory skills
A strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for selling and building the business
University education, ideally and MBA
Must be bilingual (French and English)
