Eco-Tec, A Kovalus Separation Solutions Company, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in our Pickering, ON location. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager also plays a critical role in forecasting, reporting, and aligning sales activities with the company’s overall business objectives.
What You Will Do:
Sales Leadership & Strategy • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.

Manage, mentor, and coach the sales team to improve performance and achieve objectives.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the customer base.

Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings. Team Development

Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.

Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members.

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
Sales Operations & Process Improvement

Ensure proper use of CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Who You Are:
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required (MBA preferred).

10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in Manufacturing, Engineering.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

Experience managing multi-channel sales and integrated marketing campaigns.

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

Compensation Range: 100k-125k
