Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to uphold health and safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision to support chefs and kitchen staff
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during cleaning processes
- Support the setup and breakdown of dining areas during service hours when needed
- Follow all safety protocols and hygiene regulations consistently to prevent contamination or accidents
- Contribute positively to team efforts by staying organized, proactive, and attentive to detail
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm to learn is key
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, including food handling and food preparation practices

- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
