Job Description
Snaptique Photo Booths is seeking two full-time Operations Leads to join our team for the 2026 event season.
This is an event-focused, hands-on role combining photo booth operation, event logistics, equipment preparation, and team support. You will primarily work at weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private functions across the Greater Toronto Area while also assisting with studio preparation and operational support between events.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in events, hospitality, brand ambassador work, promotions, or experiential marketing who are looking for consistent, full-time work in a fast-paced environment.

Important Role Expectations
This is not a traditional 9–5 role.
This position is event-driven and requires regular evening and weekend availability. Shifts are typically 8–12 hours including travel time, and schedules are based around event bookings.
Flexibility and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities (Events)
- Collect and transport photo booth equipment from our studio (L5J 3S8)
- Set up and dismantle photo booths at event venues
- Manage the photo booth experience and interact with guests
- Maintain a clean, professional booth setup
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues on-site
- Return equipment to the studio after events

Operations & Team Responsibilities
- Check, test, and prepare equipment for upcoming events
- Organize booth components, props, and backdrops
- Prepare equipment and event materials for team member pickups
- Support event staffing coordination and scheduling alongside the dispatch team
- Help ensure all events are fully prepared and staffed properly
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
- Identify missing, damaged, or low inventory items

- Work closely with the dispatch / back-office team to support event logistics

Travel & Trailer Responsibilities
- Comfortable learning to tow trailer-based photo booths (training provided)
- Willing to travel outside the GTA, including Ottawa, Montreal, and Quebec City
- Available for occasional multi-day events and overnight stays
- Comfortable working extended event schedules when traveling
