Job Description
For our continuously growing business, we are currently looking for Key Account Manager - Consumer Electronics Products to be based at our Mississauga office.
Key Responsibilities
· Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
· Responsible for total account management function, including acquiring new business, expansion and retention of customers.
· Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Sales Achievement
· Achieves sales and profit targets for the assigned accounts and planning goals for new strategic partners.
· New Market Penetration / Optimization.
· Develop and deliver product presentations, pricing proposals and coordinate with key decision makers.
· Collaborate with teams to plan and execute new launches, promotions and events that drive sell-thru and analyze ROI.
External - Account Planning / Account Management
· Product planning with retail accounts.
· Plan promotional calendars in collaboration with retailers.
· Forecast product requirements by account – share details with the product team and factories.
· Monitor Sell Through performance – adjust the plan as necessary.
· Secure in-store product flooring and online listings.
· Budget / track promotional and marketing spend such as MDF.
· Coordinate sales training.
· Coordinate inbound product / delivery.
· Seek additional opportunities within each account and new channels where applicable.
Education & Experience
· College or university education: Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience.
· 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, managing a top-tier retail customer.
· Home Appliance, Consumer Electronics, and/or Retail background preferred.

· PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· SAP experience as an asset.
· Bilingual is a bonus.
