The Part Time Receptionist plays a vital role in providing excellent customer support and ensuring security and access control at our senior living community. This position involves welcoming visitors, assisting residents, and efficiently handling phone communications during evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
- Welcome and assist visitors and residents
- Resolve problems and provide customer assistance to seniors
- Maintain security and access control at the front desk
- Communicate effectively with residents and occasional collaboration with other departments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1+ years of customer service experience
