CHALLENGES TO BE MET
Be the first point of contact for all our guests, employees, and visitors and ensure a great client experience
Efficiently respond to client requests in a positive manner while ensuring the welcoming area of hour head office reflects the Bank’s image
Strive to constantly improve and strengthen our hosting experience while proactively seeking opportunities to continually improve our processes
Collaborate with customer-centric problem solvers to help the Bank welcome visitors and guests, manage event reservation requests, and solve guest and visitor issues
Assist the Marketing & Public Affairs team in the coordination of various tasks
All other tasks related to the smooth running of the reception and coordination of events
