Carefree Concierge is expanding, and we are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Lead Concierge to join our team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors, managing projects, and guiding a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Our company specializes in senior move management and transition services, helping older adults and their families navigate life’s next chapter with confidence and ease. From downsizing and organizing to packing, move coordination, and complete home setup, we manage every detail to ensure a seamless and stress-free transition.
As a Lead Concierge, you will work directly with clients and their families while leading a team responsible for coordinating and executing successful moves. Your leadership and attention to detail will help create positive experiences during what can often be a significant life transition.
Training is provided. Previous customer service, team leadership, or move coordination experience is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Concierge professionals
- Coordinate move and transition plans directly with clients and family members
- Assist clients with sorting and organizing belongings for moving, donation, recycling, or disposal
- Organize and stage packing materials, furniture, and household items to ensure efficient move execution
- Disassemble furniture and prepare homes for moving crews
- Coordinate and assist with deliveries to family members, charitable organizations, and recycling facilities
- Oversee unpacking, furniture placement, and complete home setup in clients’ new residences
- Ensure every client receives exceptional, compassionate, and professional service throughout the transition process
- Maintain high standards of organization, efficiency, and attention to detail on every project
Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift and move packed bins and boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lead a team while also working independently when required
Schedule
Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
