Position Details:
You will report to the Senior Manager of DC Engineering. This role can be fulfilled at our Caledon, ON or Edmonton, AB distribution centres.
You Will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including executives, sponsors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Develop continuous improvement education and provide training workshops to the GCAN operation.
Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization.

You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering or equivalent STEM field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years experience in continuous improvement implementations & program management in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel: Up to 75%.
