Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging training sessions for players of various ages and skill levels
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, techniques, and game concepts
- Develop and implement effective drills and practice activities
- Provide constructive feedback to help players improve
- Support players’ technical, tactical, physical, and personal development
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment
- Communicate professionally with players, parents, and fellow coaches
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training and games
- Maintain a professional, encouraging coaching environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience coaching youth or recreational soccer preferred
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and fundamentals
- Ability to teach, motivate, and inspire young athletes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with players of different ages and skill levels
- Reliable, responsible, energetic, and professional
- Soccer coaching certifications are an asset
