We’re looking for a hard-working, detail-loving, and hands-on Lead Dish Pit Worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be a key player in our event rental operations.
What You’ll Do:
As our Lead Dish Pit Worker, you’ll keep the heart of our cleaning operations beating strong. You’ll be responsible for making sure all dishware, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen rental equipment is sparkling clean, ready to wow at the next event. You’ll lead and keep things organized, and make sure high standards are always met.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Oversee the cleaning, sanitizing, and inspection of dishes, cutlery, chafers, trays, racks, etc.
- Ensure all dishware is handled carefully and packed correctly for future rentals
- Monitor equipment usage and cleanliness (dish machines, sinks, racks, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish pit and back warehouse areas
- Report damaged/missing items or inventory concerns to warehouse supervisors
- Pick and pack rental orders
- Assist with overall warehouse duties when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in a warehouse, dish pit, or cleaning-heavy environment (rental or hospitality experience is a big bonus)
- Someone good with counting!
- Natural leadership skills—you know how to rally a team and get things done
- Able to lift 40–50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- You’ve got a system mindset: organized, efficient, and always thinking ahead
- Comfortable with fast-paced, physically demanding work
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
