We are looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about food, takes pride in execution, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes while supporting the overall success of the kitchen.
What You’ll DoFood Preparation & Execution
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation on every plate.
- Maintain proper portioning and recipe adherence.
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
Teamwork & Communication
- Work closely with Sous Chefs, Head Chef, and kitchen team.
- Communicate effectively during service to ensure smooth execution.
- Support a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen culture.
Kitchen Standards
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and stations.
- Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties as required.
Learning & Development
- Take direction and coaching from kitchen leadership.
- Continuously improve skills and culinary knowledge.
- Support menu changes, features, and new item rollouts.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience preferred (but not required for entry-level cooks).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work.
