In keeping with the Company’s mission and values, the Data Accuracy Specialist is to ensure that the data within the CRM system is accurate, reliable, and up to date. CRM systems store vast amounts of information about customers, prospects, sales activities, and other relevant data. By having a CRM data accuracy specialist, Lucid can enhance the overall effectiveness of our CRM system. Accurate and reliable data enables businesses to make informed decisions, provide personalized customer experiences, improve sales and marketing efforts, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to verify and update opportunity data in Zoho CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Regularly follow up with the Sales team to confirm the status and progress of opportunities, capturing any relevant changes or updates.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the CRM, using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar applications.
- Develop and implement forecasting models using CRM data to predict sales and revenue outcomes.
- Generate reports and create visualizations using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Zoho Analytics to communicate forecasting insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain master data for stock codes, customer master records, and other relevant elements within the CRM system.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute insights and recommendations for CRM system enhancements and upgrades.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in CRM data management, forecasting, and master data management.
Qualification and skills:
- Proven experience in data management and analysis, preferably within a CRM system (experience with Zoho CRM is a plus).
- At least 1-3 years experienced is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar applications.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Zoho Analytics.
- Solid understanding of forecasting techniques and the ability to develop forecasting models using CRM data.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with sales processes and terminology in the industrial manufacturing industry is desirable.
