PSL Patrick Sprack Limited was formed in 2006 as a Preventative Maintenance Oriented HVAC company. Since this time, we have become a reputable and leading Northern Ontario HVAC-R contractor to the mines, industrial sites as well as commercial properties.
PSL Patrick Sprack Limited provides a variety of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, petroleum, propane, and refrigeration services ranging from planned maintenance (both preventative and full coverage), inspections and diagnostic services as well as repairs, retrofits and new installations for commercial and industrial mechanical systems.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead fuel services projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project performance, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage project risks and implement corrective actions as required.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project execution.
- Prepare project estimates, proposals, and budgets.
- Monitor project costs and profitability.
- Review invoices, change orders, and project expenditures.
- Ensure projects remain within approved financial parameters.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Mechanical Technology, Environmental Technology, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in fuel services, petroleum construction, industrial construction, mechanical systems, or related industries.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships.
- Knowledge of fuel handling equipment and petroleum infrastructure is preferred.
Working Conditions
- Combination of office and field work .
- Frequent travel to project sites and customer locations.
- Exposure to construction and industrial work environments.
- Occasional after-hours support for urgent operational requirements.
Pay: $43.00-$47.00 per hour
