As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional to lead our Ottawa branch.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, driving sales growth, delivering products and equipment, managing future staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong management skills and a background in sales management. The Branch Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence and fostering a positive environment to achieve business objectives.
Duties
- Lead and motivate to meet and exceed sales targets and service standards
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers
- Train healthcare professionals on the safe use of medical gas equipment
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling and compliance with company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
- Inspect medical gas systems and equipment for regulatory and code compliance
- Deliver products and equipment to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements within the branch
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (two years), team management, or leadership roles within financial services or related industries
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Excellent sales management abilities with a track record of achieving targets
- Solid understanding of financial services and basic accounting principles (Math skills preferred)
- Effective leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in managing daily operations
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable performing light physical work
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellent service standards
Preferred
● Medical or healthcare sales experience
● Dental industry experience
● QuickBooks experience
● Training or instructional experience
