The Opportunity:
The Global Mobility Team is responsible for delivering the Global Opportunities (GO) program in Canada. The GO program is KPMG’s international assignment program where we facilitate the movement of our people on short-term and long-term assignments to KPMG offices around the world. The team also supports all international and domestic relocations for the Canadian firm and assists with Canadian immigration and permanent residency matters.
What you will do:
In this role, the Global Mobility Administrator supports the team on all immigration and relocation matters:
Case management of campus and domestic relocation files
Assists with regular and adhoc reporting for the team
Coordinates documentation requests including OHIP letters, TD4’s etc.
Sets up files in our systems and vendor initiations
Responds to general inquiries
Tracks, audits and reports on vendor invoice payments
Scans and maintains files
Assists with internal year end tax and expense reporting
Drafts global communications for our assignee population
Assists with adhoc administrative tasks
Participates on & supports team projects and initiatives
At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.
What you bring to this role:
1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Global Mobility, Immigration or Relocation
Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Superior MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills
Handles confidential information professionally and discreetly
Knowledge of global mobility and Canadian immigration an asset, but not required
