Job Description:
Your position as a customer care handyman will be to carry out and complete deficiency repairs on new homes and condo units
Carry out the task at hand by the coordinators request, take pictures and keep track of the work you have completed
Ensure high quality work is delivered wherever we are working.
Position Responsibilities:
Work on required tasks until completion
Make sure jobsite is always clean and safe to work in
Communicate with project coordinator as required
Qualifications:
4-6+ years of experience in residential construction and handyman related services
Valid G driver’s license and own vehicle an asset
Own all required hand and power tools
Basic knowledge and experience in the following:
Demo
Framing
Insulation/vapour barrier
Drywall/Taping/patch work
Painting
Flooring
Trim
Floor protection
Cabinet assembly and installation
Appliance installation
Working Conditions:
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts
