Overview
RC Construction is seeking a reliable and organized Shop & Production Coordinator to support our construction and cabinet production operations. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized shop environment, managing inventory and materials, completing deliveries and pickups, operating CNC equipment, and assisting with cabinet manufacturing and assembly.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop
- Track, organize, and manage materials, tools, and inventory
- Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites and suppliers
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Operate CNC machinery for cabinet and component production
- Assemble cabinets and shop-built products
- Assist with production scheduling and workflow
- Perform routine maintenance on shop equipment
- Support field crews with materials and logistical needs
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
- Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, manufacturing, or construction
- Ability to operate or learn CNC equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move materials safely
- Forklift experience considered an asset
- Experience with cabinet assembly or woodworking considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
