This position will provide direct patient care to clients and patients serviced through Centre Island Mental Health Services and contribute to quality improvement initiatives at a local and regional level.

What you will do
Working within a collaborative, patient-centered, team environment, you will function as an expert practitioner, consultant, educator and researcher in a defined practice area.
In this role, you provide consultation services to individuals and groups both within and outside the organization. You will apply advanced clinical knowledge to assess, design, implement and evaluate medication use initiatives, research, training programs and the delivery of clinical pharmacy services.
What you will need
- Licensed by, or eligible for licensing, by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
- An accredited post-baccalaureate PharmD from a Canadian University or an accredited Year Two Pharmacy residency.
- At least two years of clinical pharmacy practice experience.
