CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Location: Southern Alberta
Competitive Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000 + Bonus

Construction Manager to lead project operations and mentor high-performing teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction leader who enjoys overseeing multiple projects, supporting project teams, and driving operational excellence from pre-construction through completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership and oversight to Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Site Superintendents, and field teams across multiple active projects.
- Support projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are achieved.
- Assist with estimating, tendering, procurement, scheduling, and overall project planning on complex projects.
- Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, resolve challenges, and ensure projects remain on track.
- Mentor project teams while promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers while representing the company throughout the project lifecycle.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence across all projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience within commercial, industrial, or design-build construction.
- Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
- Proven experience leading project teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Gold Seal, PMP, C.E.T., or similar professional designation is considered an asset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites.
