We are seeking an experienced Grill Cook to prepare proteins and execute on one of the most important stations in our kitchen.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook premium seafood, steaks, and other proteins to exact specifications
- Manage the grill and saute station during high-volume dinner service
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of protein butchery, portioning, preparation, and cooking techniques
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are maintained at all times
- Work closely with the culinary team to execute fine dining service efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Responsible for ordering and supplier communication
- Assist with training and mentoring junior cooks when requiredWhat We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in fine dining or high-end restaurants
- Strong experience working a grill station and preparing seafood and meat proteins
- Proven ability to consistently execute multiple protein cook temperatures during busy service
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and a team-first mindset
- Passion for high-quality food and continuous improvement
