Apartment Manager / Resident Caretaker Wanted
We are seeking a competent, reliable, and professional live-in Apartment Manager to oversee a residential complex consisting of three buildings with up to 153 rental units.
Responsibilities include:
- Renting and showing available units
- Coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Collecting rent and following up on arrears
- Enforcing building rules and tenancy policies
- Responding to tenant inquiries and concerns
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property
- Performing general administrative and property management duties as required
- Qualifications:
- Previous property management or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act is an asset
- Must be dependable, professional
- Must be willing to live on site
Compensation:
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and the time required to perform the duties. A competitive compensation package will be offered to the successful candidate.
