Gentle Dental is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly, close-knit team!
We are a well-established, non-corporate dental practice with a modern, digital clinic and a wonderful group of patients. Our team genuinely enjoys working together, and we’re looking for someone who values teamwork, patient care, and creating a comfortable experience for every patient.
About the Position
This is a full-time RDA position with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and no evenings or weekends.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
The ideal candidate would be available to start in October, although we are happy to onboard someone sooner to allow plenty of time for training and a smooth transition.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing chairside assistance for a variety of general dentistry procedures
- Supporting the dentist and clinical team throughout patient appointments
- Helping create a welcoming, comfortable experience for patients of all ages
- Supporting patient education and maintaining a high standard of patient care
- Assisting with sterilization and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment
- Using Maxident and digital dental technology
- Occasionally helping with light administrative duties as needed
- Working collaboratively with our experienced lead RDA and the rest of the team
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- A Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in good standing
- Friendly, dependable, organized, and a strong team player
- Patient-focused and genuinely cares about providing excellent care
- Comfortable working with patients ranging from children to seniors
- Eager to learn and contribute to a positive team environment
Experience: Ideally 1–3 years of experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply! We have a long-term lead RDA on our team who will provide support and training, making this a great opportunity for someone earlier in their career.

Compensation: Wage will be based on experience and qualifications.
