Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a commercial vehicle to transport freight to various restaurant locations
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the vehicle to ensure its safe operation
- Unload freight using dolly or other heavy equipment as needed
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules
Requirements:
- Require the applicant to own a reefer van or truck (between 16 ft to 20ft)
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in commercial driving and operating heavy equipment
- Must own a service company
-Must have CVOR
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Ability to safely operate a forklift or other heavy equipment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $300.00-$600.00 per day
