We are a growing insulation contracting company based in Vancouver, BC, specializing in residential construction projects throughout the Lower Mainland. We are currently hiring motivated and reliable individuals who are interested in entering the skilled trades industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary tools and materials
- Support insulation installation as needed
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks on-site
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically capable of lifting and work on active construction sites
- Able to work well in team environment
- Construction experience is an esset, but not required

Job Type

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime and Saturday work may be required depending on project schedules and site demands
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
