Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator that can work in a CNC Router Operator role, to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various CNC machinery and routers to produce high-quality precision parts. Your expertise will directly contribute to efficient production processes, ensuring products meet strict quality standards. Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery such as CNC machinery, routers, CNC lathes, and press brake machines to produce complex components according to detailed blueprints and specifications.
- Set up machines by installing tooling, calibrating equipment with calipers and hand tools, and verifying dimensions for precision.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process using measuring tools like calipers and gauges to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace; perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and report any malfunctions promptly.
- Assist with assembly tasks when required, including welding or packaging finished products for shipment.
- Follow safety protocols diligently; operate forklifts safely within the warehouse environment when moving materials or finished goods.
Experience
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar equipment in a manufacturing setting.
- Mechanical knowledge related to machining processes, tooling setups, and machine calibration.
- Ability to use hand tools, calipers, gauges, and basic math skills for precise measurements and adjustments.
- Experience with quality control procedures and maintaining high standards of accuracy during production.
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus; certification preferred but not required.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
