We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with clients across the greater Vancouver Area. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in B2B sales, business development, and account management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We’re looking for someone who’s done this before, knows the market cold, and is ready to hit the ground running on Day 1.
Responsibilities
- Full territory management across Greater Vancouver — on-premise (bars, restaurants, hotels) and retail (private liquor stores, grocery chains)
- Building and deepening relationships with buyers, key accounts, and decision-makers
- Driving listings, placements, and reorders with a focus on velocity and visibility
- Full autonomy to run your territory your way — with clear targets, KPIs, and a team behind you that’s invested in your success
- Representing the brand at trade events, activations, and key account calls
- Collaborating with a small, fast-moving team while leading your territory with full ownership
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of alcohol beverage sales experience (beer, cider, wine, or spirits) — required
- An established book of relationships across Vancouver on-premise and retail accounts
- Proven ability to open doors, get listings, and grow volume — not just maintain accounts
- Self-directed, organized, and execution-focused — you build a plan, and you work it
- Motivated by results, driven by commission, and built for a fast-moving environment
- A team player who brings leadership energy — someone who elevates the accounts around them
- Valid BC driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary based on experience

- Between base and commission this position is expected be $70,000 to $150,000 - your earnings will depend on your input and output! The power will be yours! The company marketing and branding is existing and supportive with an excellent product.
