Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and tutoring, with the ability to develop engaging curriculum and utilize learning technologies effectively. This role is perfect for individuals who have experience working with adults and possess excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and French.
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach French courses to adult learners.
- Follow the company’s curriculum schedule and conduct periodic assessments based on course content.
- Adhere to all teaching standards, guidelines, and policies set by the company.
- Participate in course and teaching material development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in French or a related field; proficiency in French (C1 level or above) preferred.
- Serious and responsible attitude towards students; strong classroom management skills; able to engage students and foster interactive learning.
- High enthusiasm, teamwork spirit, and commitment to teaching excellence.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience or study abroad experience in France; familiarity with French language exams (TCF, TEF, DELF, DALF) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
