We are currently seeing candidates for our Part-Time Shift Lead Supervisor Role, reporting to the General Manager and/or designate.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Open and close the facility when necessary;
- Answer general phone inquiries, relay calls to the appropriate person, and return phone calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner;
- Calculate total payments received at end of work shift and reconciling with total sales when necessary;
- Help create a positive and inclusive work environment;
- Manage team members practicing positive HR practices by leading by example, being a role model for others and mentoring/coaching team members as needed;
- Maintain and update all pertinent paperwork and computerized filing systems;
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility and parking lot such as yet limited to the following: cleaning restrooms, floors, entrance way, outside the facility front and back, garbage and debris front and back, shoveling, de-icing and anything else assigned.
- Greet and interact with customers and visitors to the Company in a professional and friendly manner;
- Respond to all customer inquiries (e.g. pricing, hours, appropriate attire, directions, parties, fundraising opportunities, events, policies, general company information, etc.);
- Supervise and perform other job responsibilities as needed;
- Respond to customer issues, suggestions or complaints;
- Uphold and maintain all Health & Safety Practices and Emergency Procedures to keep both employees and customers safe;
- Must always follow Food Safety Regulations;
- Respond to customer injuries and complete incident reports as needed; and
- Assist the management staff with daily operations.

Minimum Requirements
- Completion of a high-school diploma;
- Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal);
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Accountable and dependable;
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independently;
- Proficient in using a computer, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Experience with File Maker Pro is or other database software is preferred;
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality of work;
- Valid Driver’s License;
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills;
- Able to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic; and
- Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
Working Conditions
- Work normal business hours but may be required to do some work in the evenings or outside normal working hours;
- Able to work on a computer for long periods of time; usually the duration of the shift
- Able to stand for long periods of time;
- May be required to drive on Company-business;
- Required to work in a busy, open area office which may result in constant interruptions;
- Required to meet a number of deadlines which may cause stress;
- Able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs;
