We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Precision Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for assembling complex components and products with a high degree of accuracy, interpreting technical drawings and work instructions, and ensuring all assemblies meet quality and safety standards. The Precision Assembler will also perform inspections, maintain proper documentation, and collaborate with team members to support efficient production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Follows moderately details assembly procedures and instructions, and performs assigned tasks in compliance with quality, workmanship and company standards.
- Uses tools or operates power driven equipment to drill, rivet, crimp and connect wires.
- Works with color coded materials and documentation.
- Performs washing of Printed Circuit Boards.
- Installs or assembles general electro/mechanical assemblies.
- Performs soldering/de-soldering operations.
- Performs component preparation, component making and labeling using component preparing equipment.
- Performs masking and unmasking for conformal coating and wave soldering processes.
- Reports problems/issues and rejections to Team Lead or Production Supervisor for correction.
- Observes safety precautions.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 6 months to 1-year relevant experience
- Above Grade 10 Secondary School education or equivalent
- Willing to learn and adapt to new methods and procedures.
- Willing to proactively participate in the decision making process.
- Support the team to achieve the company’s common goal
- Report on key quality and output data relevant to the team and accept personal accountability to the team.

Job Type: This is an in-person full-time position (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday at our warehouse in Burnaby, BC
We have two shifts available. 7:00AM-3:30 PM or 3:00PM to 11:15PM. Please specify which shift you would be applying for.
Salary: $37,960 to $45,760 based on experience ($18.25-$22.00 per hour).
