Job Description:
As a receptionist at Helping Hands Physiotherapy, you will play a crucial role in managing the clinic's front desk and administrative responsibilities .
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the clinic schedule. Booking physiotherapy and massage therapy patients
- Direct billing to insurance companies
- Answering phones, calling clients and insurance companies
- Reconciling insurance payments
- Keeping the clinic cleaned and organized
- Being friendly and welcoming to our patients
- communicating with patients about their needs and questions
Qualifications:
- Experience working at a physiotherapy clinic or medical facility
- Experience with direct billing
- Strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic
Schedule:
Monday - Saturday
