Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Game Master to create memorable experiences for guests at our entertainment venue. The ideal candidate will serve as the friendly face of our organization, guiding guests through the rooms, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and explain game rules and activities clearly and enthusiastically
- Facilitate gameplay sessions, ensuring all participants understand instructions and follow safety guidelines
- Assist guests with questions or concerns during their visit, providing excellent guest services
- Manage cash handling and POS machine
- Maintain a clean and organized game area to ensure a safe environment
- Engage with customers to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits
Qualifications
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to clearly communicate instructions and engage audiences of all ages
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to remain energetic and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if needed
