Summary
We are seeking a Site Forman to join our team in Canada. This vital role involves overseeing facility operations at our New Westminster Queensborough remediation site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The Site Foreman will play a key part in advancing our mission of sustainable environmental solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec
- Operate heavy equipment as needed while leading the crew
- Coordinate with project managers, crews, subcontractors, and trucking to keep jobs moving
- Monitor productivity, quality, and timelines, and step in early to correct issues
- Manage site logistics including materials, equipment, and crew workflow
- Enforce safety standards, company policies, and environmental requirements on site
- Review plans and ensure work aligns with drawings and project scope
- Track daily activities, production, and report progress to management
- Lead crews on site, set expectations, and hold team members accountable
- Assist with scheduling, planning, and resource allocation for ongoing work

- Proven supervising experience in construction or environmental remediation projects.
