Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and utensils
- Follow food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times
- Support serving staff by ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Help with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of shortages
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment
Skills
- Previous experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant service is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of the food industry operations and customer service expectations
- Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and kitchen operations
- Experience with food industry equipment and kitchen experience is a plus
